Maintenance Monitoring Service

Our Maintenance Monitoring Service (MMS) is an alert driven 24 hour monitoring system that we provide to our customers using our systems.  When any online system of ours is “event triggered” an information signal is sent to our server to immediately alert us of the issue.

We can remote monitor the Performance of your system and alert you of storage drive health, system abnormalities, or even unauthorized attempts to log-in to your system.

When a camera is poorly installed it will lose connectivity over time.  Often just by looking at the screen you won’t be able to tell if a video failure is imminent, but with our monitoring system we can predict when a failure is about to occur, and we can correct the issue before it becomes real problem. Comprehensive training

Security Intrusion Testing

The first is your physical security.
