Pricing, Availability and Specifications All prices are in United States Dollars. Prices, availability and specifications of products are subject to change without notice. Due to the ever changing nature of the technology market, specifications may change and because of the technical differences in the equipment, product descriptions may not reflect current technical information.  We will notify you by e-mail of any corrections or changes to your order. We will not complete your order until we have your signed approval. Published prices do not include shipping, sales tax (if your state requires it by law) or insurance.

Payment and Shipping Information.We currently do not accept credit card payments. We will however accept personal checks. Items will not be shipped until your payment clears our bank. Addlestone will only ship to street addresses by United Parcel Service ("UPS") or United States Postal Service. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages. UPS charges include prepaid insurance up to the limits specified by UPS. All shipments addressed to P.O. boxes will be shipped by USPS and Addlestone cannot guarantee delivery times when shipping by USPS. Shipment tracking is not available for orders being shipped by USPS. Addlestone reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel any orders for any reason and refund the full amount of the item price plus shipping. 

Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL ADDLESTONE LLC., ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, REPRESENTATIVES OR AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, "ADDLESTONE") BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR USE. WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADDLESTONE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES.

Returns.All returned items must be returned in the original box in new working condition with original packaging, manuals and accessories. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 30 days from the date of receipt, or If any security seals have been removed or broken.

Returns Procedure.To return an item, contact Customer Support at corp@addlestone.us  or (302) 373-1598 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. We are unable to accept returns without an RMA number. All returns must be shipped prepaid.

Trademarks and Copyrights.This site and all materials, images, audio and video clips, information and any other content of whatever nature displayed or transmitted on or over this site ("content"), is the property of Addlestone and/or its licensors and is protected from unauthorized copying and dissemination by copyright law, trademark law, and other intellectual property laws.
